As a portrait photographer I create images that help tell the stories of the individuals and the families I meet. When photographing people I strive to show the depth of who they are. And if a person or family chooses they may bring in items that help explain a little about themselves. This is my method to tell the story of people who come to me for their portrait. I let people tell their stories and not create it for them with false smiles and gimmicky set-ups. The pictorial narratives in my gallery convey the depth of who these people are as if you were capturing a glimpse of their stories--which you are.
